Ubisoft Division Record Breaking Beta
Ubisoft brand new IP The Divison had a record breaking 6.4 million players last week join it's open beta. The previous game to hold this record was rival Destiny. Which had over the summer 4.6 million players in its open beta. What makes these number even more impressive is that 6.4 million is only from Xbox One, Ps4 and PC. Meanwhile Destiny beta had the benefit of past console generation minus the PC.
Ubisoft also announced that beta users logged around 5 hours of play time. Almost 50% of user went rogue(tried to kill other players) in the Dark Zone. These stats sound very promising for a Brand new IP that is only little over week away March 8. We will have a full review shortly after launch.
