Nintendo Switch Won’t Have A Netflix At Launch


Nintendo drop a bombshell when they let it know that the new Nintendo Switch will not have Netflix on it new system. Nintendo’s senior public relations manager stated that the Nintendo Switch won’t have a Netflix application available when the console launches. Due to its focus as a “dedicated gaming machine,” multimedia applications won’t be plentiful at launch.

This is huge blow to buyer who saw this a iPad replacement devices. I am sure we will see future update that will add it but no launch is strange move by Nintendo. Netflix was immediately available on the Nintendo Wii U back when it launched on November 18, 2012 in North America. However, it only came to the Nintendo 3DS on July 14, 2011, four months after its March 2011 launch.
