Joe Grabowski on the AI Driven Game "Tuebor"
Imagine playing a game that slowly learns how you play. Enter Tuebor, an action game in which players are pitted against some of the most advanced AI out there. Unlike traditional AI, the enemies in Tuebor will learn from you, thus becoming increasingly lethal as you play.
Currently, most games with AI rely on predetermined paths and patterns. Tuebor flips the table, and instead focuses on AI that learns how you play, and adapts to your play style. In most games, as players

Anime Review: Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash
The first thing that pops out about this anime is the art style. The art style uses a beautifully water-color palette for the backgrounds. Honestly, it was the attractive art style that intrigued me to even start watching this anime. This anime rolls at a very slow pace. For some, this may seem like a bad thing, but for me, I generally like a story told at a slower pace with a bigger payoff. The slow pace allowed for strong character development and a true feeling for the wor

Anime Review: Erased
Erased has got to be the best anime this winter season. It was riveting, emotional, and downright amazing. The torture of waiting week to week for the next episode was real with this one. At the end of each episode, the show consistently leaves the audience on the edge of their seats. Most importantly, I truly felt for all of the characters. I cared for their well-being, safety and happiness. Without getting into details of the story, this anime is truly an emotional roller c

Verdun "Horrors of War" Free DLC
The first (and only) historically accurate WWI Multiplayer FPS, Verdun, has just launched a new super-sized chunk of DLC titled “Horrors of War”. This Piece of DLC includes several new factions, weapons, a horde mode and gore (hence the title “Horrors of War”). Soldiers now scream and flail around after being shot, get reduced to chunks when hit by artillery, and bodies now last for a really long time. New additions such as new squads Belgium and America, and two need German

Jordan Hample from Semag Studios on Hoopity Stick.
Hoop Rolling. An old timey tradition of pushing a wooden hoop with a stick. Excited yet? Well Semag Studios has taken this old school tradition and turned it into a white knuckle gauntlet. Hoopity Stick is based off a children’s game often associated with powdered wigs and horse drawn carriages and turned it into something along the lines of an extreme sports game. Comically over the top and surprisingly intense Hoopity Stick takes Hoop Rolling to a new level with obstacles t

Quicky Review: LoZ: Twilight Princess HD
Now that I have had some time with The Legend of Zelda; Twilight Princess HD I can easily say I'm impressed. Playing with the Wii U game pad was what i have been expecting since the first announcement of the console all those years ago. I admit I have bought plenty of games for the system but none of them used the gamepad as I desired. Many games forced me to use the gamepad screen for what felt like underwhelming, gimmicky purposes, such as the horn in Mario Kart 8. Being a

This announcement comes as shock to many who through the Playsation VR will be launching the headset at price tag more in line with competition’s $600 to $800. This puts S

The Division scores biggest launch ever
Ubisoft has found itself a winner after announcing record breaking sales. Ubisoft's brand new MMO action-RPG has sold more copies in it's first 24 hours than any game in Ubisoft’s history. It also went on to break the total digital full game sales record. This is some very optimistic news for a company preparing for potential take over by Vivendi. Ubisoft was banking on a successful launch of the new ISP after announcing it will be stepping away from the annual Assassins Cree
